Any Given Sunday League News By Commish @Tripp_On_Deeze

We are 6 weeks in, and the divisions are beginning to shape up in the Any Given Sunday league.  There have been some interesting turn of events, and some shockers to say the least.

In the AFC North, one of the teams stated as a “Team to watch” Pass and the Browns are currently tied leading their division with Chino and the Steel Curtain (3-1 records).  There has been plenty of talk, and falsified statements made by the Steelers owner, that the “division is his” and that he will make it to the dance. So far he is on a path to what may be an interesting finish, lets see if his talent and gameplay can catch up to his lips..nh

In the AFC South, we have the Justino and the check-down-Texans leading the division with a 4-1 record.  Not to be mistaken, the defense of the Texans have awaken from a slumber over the past few years, and seems to be trying to find their groove. If not careful, they’ll blow the top off your defense….WOAHHHH HOL’ UP. Pause…ok proceed.  Running a step behind, quietly, you have the Pun and the “Little Giant~Jaguars”( 3-2 record ) sneakily taking teams out each week.  A team that is not heavily picked often, always seems to find a way to get the job done.  Watch out for them in the division race with the Texans.

AFC East is lead by Jabbo and the “Juiced” up dolphins with a 3-1 record.  With his constant belief in himself, it something that drives his gameplay.  This user always believes that he will be supreme and be on top; well, he must be a fan of the missionary cosmo cat position. Anyways, he is indeed an individual who will be in the grand scheme of things towards the season, and will be interesting to see if his confidence will follow his gameplay once again…as long as unc doesn’t slide into this division as well. Lmao

AFC West is lead by Tripp and the Chiefs (4-1 record). Yes you read that correctly, though it doesn’t sound right.  This user is decent in a division of young users. He can make some type of playoff push, but has to find away to get through the tougher players when its most important…post season.  This user is someone who doesn’t play flashy, and its not because heI expect the broncos to find some type of a groove and challenge the Chiefs with a team thats continuing to make moves.

NFC North is lead by the undefeated Lions controlled by South beach.  What makes it easier for this user, the Lions is his favorite team, so he knows the nuances and the ins and outs of his team.  After playing against the user in the past, he typically will not make mistakes that will beat himself. He is quite the aggressor, and likes the catch people off guard with the deep ball. Interesting enough, the Packers, Bears, and Vikings are merely a 2 games behind, in a tight division where they all have 3 wins. The packers user is new to the league, but can make quiet noise if people are not careful.  Vikings user has been here before, but has to crawl out of a hole in unmarked territory. Shall be interesting to see this division finish.

NFC South is another tight division, led by Malik with a 3-1 record with the Panthers. This young man is also new to league, but it is not to be mistaken that he is being closely watch and observed.  The rest of the division at the time are a step or so behind with 2 wins.  The Buccaneers were expected to be running and taking over the division, but Malik has taken it as disrespect, and is holding his ground moving forward.  Silent and not saying much are the Saints and Falcons…patiently waiting to be counted out to slide in like Sly Cooper.

NFC East is currently led by Jmag and the Eagles. This user has been known from his previous history to be crowned as the “jump ball” king. He always seems to find someone, and will get them in open space, ready for a jump ball and snag all your emotions away. He is the only user who can throw Darren Sproles on a fade, and have him snatch over Richard Sherman, Sean Smith, and Jesus on a Sunday.  He been to the big dance before, so he knows what he can and cant do in some situations…doesn’t mean it will stop him from trying.  The redskins user is also new to the league, but he looks as if he is going to contend for the division until the end of the season; maybe even snag it **eyes emoji**

What some may not know, there is a new cowboys owner by the name of Brannin, taking over a 2-3 cowboys team, he has a bit of a hole, but his talent make sneak up and shake up the division. Be careful.

NFC West is currently led by Spida Jones with a 2-2 record…yep. To what appears to be the weakest division thus far, the new user is trying to find a way to sneak into the post season.  Everyone else in the division are scrapping to borrow wins from Navy federal, all having currently 1 win each.  THe expected division winner, Buddee and the Rams are scrambling right now, but are expected to make some type of move to claim the division.  WIth him being hold, he, like other old people, do not take disrespect too fondly, and pride is so many things important in their life. With that being said, i’m pretty sure he will get back on his grind, oil up his controller, ( as well as his knees and joints) with Bengay and Icy~hot , and move forward and pick up his game play.

As we approach the midpoint of the season, it is always entertaining to see the individuals begin to find their forms.  There are multiple personalities from all over the league, and the various egos are starting to find out that their gameplay isn’t all what they expected; even the talent levels of their opponents are liable to catch them off guard. Excellent.

Notable Trades So Far:

-The Broncos have traded WR Emmanuel Sanders to the Rams, as well as a 2016 3 rd round pick. Rams have traded Nick Fairley to the Broncos.

-Sammy Watkins even was acquired by the GM juggernaut( Rams) , sending the Bills Kenny Britt and a 1st round pick.

-Rams made more moves sending Tre Mason, and a 2nd round pick to the Patriots, to have the Rams receiving MLB Jarod Mayo.

-Peyton Manning was dealt from the Broncos to the Bears for Alshon Jeffery and Jay Cutler…wow.

-The Patriots made more moves by sending Legarrette Blount to the Ravens for MLB Daryl Smith .

-Justin Blackmon was dealt to the Giants for a 2nd round pick.  Nice deal for the Jags.

-Texans send Arian Foster to the Giants, for Shane Vereen; excellent steal for the Texans.
