Thank You, WGL

Heading into my second year of being a member of different WGL leagues, events and tournaments, I feel the need to thank everyone who has been a staff member, participant or even just a supporter of everything WGL.

I’ve been a part of the Madden and Call of Duty leagues and a part of the Fight Club and this has been an amazing way to find new competition and friends (or rivals) and push yourself to new limits with your game, if you stick with it.

I had seriously given up Madden for a few years before learning of the WGL league before Madden 15 dropped last year. Playing randoms online and MUT gets old quick, but having a 32 player CFM (Connected Franchise Mode) filled with 32 personalities that communicate daily in a group chat brought whole new life to the game. Even when having a rough season, (I personally went 1-15 my last season of Madden 15, but was one win away from playoffs the first season of Madden 16) its still fun to watch the rivalries grow and the trash talking get deeper. Theres more than trash talking though, everyone also shares tips to help every one improve. Its a true sense of community in these leagues.

Same with the Fight Club, there are players of all levels that will share tips and help you improve your game. Rivalries will be built, new techniques will be learned and before you know it you’ve become a much better player than you were before.

So once again, thank you to everyone who has been a part in making WGL a success. I know we’ll only get better and better. I look forward to rocking with you guys for many years to come.

Juiceman, out.
